These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 23bd platform and all services provided through https://23bd.vip. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

23bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 23bd platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. Translations, if made available, are provided for convenience only and carry no legal weight.
Acceptance by Conduct
Acceptance of these Terms is not limited to the moment of initial account registration. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification Process
23bd employs a multi-stage age verification process. Upon registration, players are required to declare their date of birth. For accounts requesting withdrawals above ৳10,000 or those flagged by our internal compliance systems, full KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is required. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or a current passport. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending the submission of satisfactory documents.
Geographic Eligibility

Account Registration & Security

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Information Accuracy
You are obligated to ensure that the information held on your 23bd account remains accurate at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your name, address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. 23bd will not be liable for any delays in withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 23bd account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. If duplicate accounts are detected, 23bd reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice
- Void any winnings generated across the duplicate accounts
- Forfeit any bonuses claimed through the duplicate accounts
- Permanently ban the player from re-registering on the platform
Login Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 23bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 23bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of protection. Any activity conducted via your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to 23bd support in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your 23bd account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 23bd will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the matter is resolved.
Account Verification (KYC)
23bd may request identity verification documents at any point during the lifetime of your account. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 23bd may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until satisfactory documents are submitted and reviewed. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (BST, UTC+6).

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
23bd supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladesh players. All transactions on the 23bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your 23bd account balance instantly in most cases.
- You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- 23bd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please verify with your provider before depositing.
- 23bd reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account where unusually large or frequent deposits trigger compliance review.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours under normal operating conditions, though additional verification steps may extend this timeline.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 23bd account. 23bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC identity verification. Subsequent large withdrawals may require additional document checks.
- Active bonus funds and funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
- 23bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while conducting fraud or compliance checks. If a withdrawal is withheld for more than 72 hours, support will contact you with an explanation.
Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a deposit fails to credit to your 23bd account despite funds being debited from your payment method, you must contact 23bd support with your transaction reference number. 23bd will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed as received, credit your account manually. 23bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network failures outside of the platform's control.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
23bd operates a promotions programme that includes welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional events. All bonuses and promotions offered by 23bd are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be opted into actively — they are not credited automatically unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using duplicate accounts, different devices, or different payment methods is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses not met within the time limit will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.
- 23bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, affected players will be notified via email or in-platform notification.
Welcome Bonus
New 23bd players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of 150% up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply. The welcome bonus applies to eligible casino games only — certain game categories (including live casino, sports betting, and crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to bonus wagering. Bonus Abuse Policy
23bd monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, placing offsetting bets across two or more accounts, and exploiting technical errors or glitches. Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account suspension.

Gameplay & Fair Use Policy
All games and betting markets available on the 23bd platform are provided by certified third-party studios whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and audited for fairness. 23bd does not alter game outcomes, adjust RTP percentages for individual players, or manipulate live dealer results in any way.
Game Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, server disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a game round in progress, 23bd will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the interrupted game round will be voided and the player's stake for that round returned to their account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — this is a standard industry principle that 23bd applies consistently across all game types.
Bet Voidance & Settlement Errors
23bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest odds error, or a system failure that produced incorrect prices or game parameters. Where a bet has been settled incorrectly due to human or system error, 23bd reserves the right to recalculate and re-settle the bet at the correct outcome, including recovering any overpayment from the player's account balance.
Responsible Use of the Platform
Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and wager limits via the 23bd account dashboard. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 23bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Any attempt to defraud 23bd or other players, including through chargeback fraud, identity theft, stolen payment methods, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC review.
Using the 23bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing, layering, or integrating proceeds of criminal activity. 23bd has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or harvest data without express written consent from 23bd.
Colluding with other players, game participants, or sports competitors to influence the outcome of any game, event, or match in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or constitutes corruption.
Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the 23bd platform software to gain an undue financial advantage. Players who identify bugs are expected to report them to support rather than exploit them.
Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour at 23bd staff, support agents, or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel associated with the platform.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
23bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or at the request of the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your 23bd account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 23bd will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players. Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where a 23bd account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, the following consequences apply:
- All bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus activity will be forfeited in full.
- Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, will not be returned.
- The player will be permanently banned from re-registering on the 23bd platform using the same or any alternative personal details.
- 23bd reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where the breach involves criminal activity such as fraud or money laundering.
